Are you in need in of housing?
Due to the acute housing crisis the UK has been experiencing in the last decade or so, BAHAY KUBO operates on a waiting list (as with many housing associations including local councils.
The principle of giving priority to those in greater housing remains, whilst matching the already scarce housing stock we may have in our portfolio.
Greater housing need we mean the following, in order of priority:
* those who are homeless and in priority need but for some reason or another cannot be helped by the Council.
* those who are homeless but do not fall under the priority list of the Council, eg single persons in shared accommodation.
