Details of the fault or repair

EMERGENCY Out of Hours Service

Dial 0208 801 1117 and follow instructions.

Or email emergency@bahaykubo.org.uk.

Turnaround time shall be ASAP up to 48 hours.

Are you in need in of housing?

Due to the acute housing crisis the UK has been experiencing in the last decade or so, BAHAY KUBO operates on a waiting list (as with many housing associations including local councils).

 

The principle of giving priority to those in greater housing remains, whilst matching the already scarce housing stock we may have in our portfolio. 

Greater housing need we mean the following, in order of priority:

* those who are homeless and in priority need but for some reason or another cannot be helped by the Council.

* those who are homeless but do not fall under the priority list of the Council, eg single persons in shared accommodation.

Paying-in book sent upon request

We can issue you with a NatWest paying-in book which you can use to pay-in any NatWest Branch at your nearest high street.

CASH OR CHEQUE PAYMENT IN THE OFFICE

Although least preferred, you may also pop in our office and we can receive cash or cheque payments only during our office hours. All cheques must be payable to BAHAY KUBO HOUSING ASSOCIATION LTD.

HOUSING BENEFIT and UNIVERSAL CREDIT TENANTS

Please adhere to benefit requirements and ensure that rent payments due are received by us on time. Please contact us if you need any assistance regarding your claims for housing benefit and Universal Credit.
